Place each doh on the baking sheet with dust flour so it doesn’t stick.

- Cover the tray with cling film or foil and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230degree C.
- Bring water to boil and add the rest of the honey (1 Tablespoon) and baking soda.
- Gentle boils the bagel for 20seconds each side


- Carefully remove boiled bagel to drain on a wire rack.

- Grease the baking sheet and Transfer bagels onto the baking sheet.
Brush them with egg wash.

- Sprinkle the topping and bake until golden brown around 15-30min
